Through a partnership with Maryland Family Network, First Wave Families is a Maryland Patty Center for Family Support. First Wave Families strives to empower expectant families and families of children birth through 4 years of age in the greater Worcester County, MD area by providing free and comprehensive services that include child development programs, parenting skill building programs, workforce development, adult education resources, and other family resources as need to help families thrive and prepare young children for success in school.
